I'd give 0 stars these people are frauds and need to be shut down. They do not pay the workers for their work, they hold checks and keep them for themselves

ITS TRUE! They don't pay you for your work.
I was hired on June 22nd,2023 was supposed to receive my first pay on July 14th,2023. It's now 2 weeks later and I haven't even gotten a response! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Since 2020, my mom's released from a nursing facility, Sunshine on the Go Nursing, Inc., have truly been great to our family. From my first interaction with the company, no matter what time, day, or hour, someone from the company has always assisted me. I have experience nothing but professionalism, courtesy, and respect from Sunshine on the Go Nursing, Inc. Even when something seems impossible or couldn't work for our family, they found a way to accommodate our needs. I appreciate all forms of communication from Sunshine on the Go Nursing, Inc.

We have encountered many home service aide/caregivers and they all have been good, however, our current home service aide/caregiver is the BEST. It's not just a job to her, it's her mission. She has passion for this line of work, and it shows in her daily responsibilities. She is always prepared, maintains a professional appearance, and goes above and beyond to make sure my mom is well taken care of and successful. Her communication skills are the BEST, too.

I prayed for help and God sent Sunshine on the Go Nursing, Inc., and our current home service aide/caregiver. My mom always says, "I don't know what I would do without her;" and I don't know either. Thank you, Sunshine on the Go Nursing, Inc., for finding us someone who has a heart and takes pride in what she does. Thank you, Sunshine on the Go Nursing, Inc., for your outstanding service. I always recommend Sunshine on the Go Nursing, Inc., and will continue to recommend the company. Thanks again for being a blessing to my family.

This business has no business being in business. They are trash there caregivers abandon there clients the caregivers don't come to work and the company is well aware of their caregiver not coming to work and they don't have the decency to even contact there client .

This company is a complete fraud! They owe me money from 2020 and I get the run around from everyone in that office! The owner changes her name for different roles in the company. She has told me she is the payroll director, hr, class instructor , client service manager etc. It is ridiculous. First she's Maggie then she's Lisa then she's Carly then she's Doris.
She does the same thing to clients
It's absolutely absurd and I will be going to BBB.

This is a very unprofessional agency to work for! You will have to jump through hoops just to get paid. They lack communication and only care about themselves being paid! I feel bad for anyone that likes working with the elderly and disabled and decide to work for this agency! Please stay away from this agency! Save yourself the headache! One of the staff told me that she would pay me when she was ready! This agency is not legitimate place to work! You have been warned!

Very Happy with our services Kayla is excellent! We happen to view the company and see this current review and wanted to make sure we highlighted our wonderful experience and current experience! I needed services last minute and they assisted me with quality assistance. I've changed my schedule on a regular basis and they have been able to accommodate us. I have no complaints. Nurses and nursing assistants are very professional and attentive! They also have a special Covid-19 program also!Thank you Sunshine On the Go!

Why are your employees not getting paid for the work they provide for you all?

I see it's been an ongoing issue since 2018. Your clients are paying you all (some even being over charged), but your employees are not getting their pay? Something is not adding up. You all seem to be doing illegal work.

Never heard back and when I called again, they told me they couldn't take on a person in my area. I never gave them any information that would tell them my area.
