St. Bernadette is a 7 bed residential assisted living home in Centennial, Co. We have 3 shared rooms and 1 private room. Residents, and their families, are encouraged to treat our home as their home We are wheelchair accessible, assist with activities of daily living, and assist with medication administration. All residents are on the main level with 3 bathrooms. 2 bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.
