Smiles 4 Miles Learning Academy

The Smiles 4 Miles Learning Academy provides full-time and part-time programs for children 12 months to 5-years-old. The academy is not your average childcare facility, we are a center that goes above and beyond. Our teachers use the most current, proven methods to ensure children have fun while learning the skills they need for long-term success in school and in life.

We understand how important the early years are to both you and your child. This is a time of remarkable growth, when children are experiencing rapid development, learning new skills, and progressing steadily towards physical, intellectual, and social-emotional milestones.

With that in mind, our curriculum provides intentional guidance and rich experiences that build upon individual strengths and talents. With our child development professionals at their sides, children at Smiles 4 Miles Learning Academy are assured of getting the care that they need, the creative learning experiences they enjoy, and the intellectually challenging opportunities they deserve.

Our goal is to develop a partnership with parents to provide the best possible programs. We believe that by working together, as partners in education, we can foster your child's attitude toward learning.

A comprehensive Communication Plan keeps you informed about your child's daily experience, curriculum, schedule, and key dates. Newsletters, calendars, parent-teacher conferences, and regular email and face-to-face communication with Smiles 4 Miles Learning Academy teachers and staff are some of the ways we share information with our families.

The Director of Smiles 4 Miles Learning Academy went to the University of Colorado at Denver and Metropolitan State University of Denver where she studied Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, and Spanish. She is Licensed by the State of Wyoming and is certified in adult, child, and infant CPR/AED as well as First Aid.

The Assistant Director is also director qualified and trained in CPR/AED and First Aid. She has many years experience working in the child care industry and the children really love her.

Our staff continuously takes new educational trainings throughout each year and is put through an extensive background check and fingerprinting process. Each member of our team is also certified in CPR/AED and First Aid.
