I worked for Mrs. Tene for 2 years best job & management I ever had. My car got totalled in a car accident she took Money out of her own pocket to buy my family another vehicle so we could have transportation & get back & forth to work. Not to mention gave me rides free of charge till she was able to buy & find that vehicle. Even after I left her place of employment they hired me back no no questions asked. My kids loved her so much & so did I. Her & her family has hearts of gold

When she leaves each day my kitchen and living space is clean and neat. My laundry is well-cared for. She coordinates my appointments and assists my physical therapists. If I have a doctor's appointment, she is able to provide me with transportation. VERY IMPORTANT: Tene is totally reliable, always on time. She is extremely honest, compassionate, very religious, although not overbearing in this area with her clients. Tene is also very good with my animals. She operates her own business, Serenity at Home Companion Care, LLC. What makes SERENITY unique from other agencies is the fact that their Caregivers are thoroughly vetted byTene. She only takes licensed CNA'S who are extremely proficient in all areas of personal care, including operation of Hoyer lifts. (Most of the other Caregivers I'd tried previously had no clue how to use Hoyers!) SERENITY sets the bar level EXTREMELY HIGH when it comes to hiring their Caregivers! Most of them are already known to Tene. She is extremely focused on building her business carefully, not only through effective advertising, but also through word of mouth.
