Seema's Tlc Childcare

Seema's T.L.C. childcare is inhome licensed childcare. We are an experienced, grounded family, offering care for the benefit of your children and for families in need of childcare. When you sign with Seema's T.L.C. child care it means we become stand-in parents of your behalf, for the benefit of your child. We strive to reach a common, shared vision on the values you desire in your child, and commit to following long term strategies to reach those visions. We believe children have many ways in which they can express themselves and we, as educators, must tap into those ways with conditions of love, trust and safety and engage them in learning exercises to promote healthy, confident and appropriate social attributes. We regularly respond to diverse values and address how they are relevant in our pluralistic society. Our relationships are intended to promote positive concepts of self in children and to guide behavior with repetitive, socially-appropriate experiences.
