We found Santos and Judith about a year ago. They have been a terrific team cleaning our home every other week. We have had a number of different cleaners over the years and so far Santos and Judith have been superior to the others we've had in the past. They are very friendly and accept directions well.

My wife and I moved to Portland a little more than a year ago. Prior to moving into our new home, we had some remolding work done. We needed to find someone who could do a "deep clean" as well as weekly maintenance

We were fortunate to find Santos.

From our first introduction, we were impressed with his detail, professional manner and his ability to blend all of these characteristics in an extremely friendly manner.

Fast forward to a year later. Santos and his wife have been cleaning our house on a weekly basis. Every cleaning is done in a thorough and detailed manner. They work around my "in home" work schedule and every week they clean as if they were auditioning for the job.

So many times, after a year, the quality and workmanship of house cleaners seems to diminish. Not so with Santos. Each cleaning is done with the same consistency and quality every time they clean.

My wife and I do not mind paying for quality. You may find less expensive cleaners, but I don't believe you will find better. We feel that we get what we pay for, and on top of that, we get to enjoy talking with these two wonderful people.

Over the years, my wife and I have had numerous house cleaners. I can say, without hesitation, that Santos and his wife, are far and above the best housecleaners we have had....both in terms of quality of work and in terms of a pleasure to be around.

I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a company for their cleaning needs, that they need look no further than Santos.

I just hired Mr. Santos and his wife.
They clean very, very well.
They show up On Time which is huge for me.
Mr. Santos communicates to me reminders that he is cleaning such and such day for me.
They clean high and low and when I place clean sheets on the bed, they change my bed which to me is wonderful!!!
They are insured, bonded, non-smoking, hard working, they don't move the dirt around, collect their check then out the door.

I had Santos clean my Hillsboro loft twice. He was on time, professional, and did a good job cleaning. For the initial cleaning he quoted me over $100 per hour for the two of them. I negotiated him down to his normal rate of $86 per hour for the two of them. That is 40% higher that the average. I thought that maybe it would be worth paying more, but it was not. I would give him 4 stars for service, but 2 stars because of price, so he gets a 3 stars. For me it was not a good value.
