big turnover with staff, out of state management co. lots of infrastructure in need of repair, non smoking ordinance not inforced, they advertise dog friendly, they are not. They don't have dog runs and complain about poop while doing nothing to curb smoking, buts all over grounds, its in foreclosier, has had serious mold problems and people have had to move per court order. avoid.

We are so blessed to live at Golden Memories. Although the Rolands' don't own it any longer it is a perfect place for retired folks.
