Saturday April 17,2021 I paid $375 for post construction cleaning .

The average cost posted online and Yelp. It did not stay at the location but trusted the company would do an excellent job. I ask for a 2 person crew he sent a mother with her son. They arrived at 10am. Called at 6:30 stating she is ready to leave when I arrives at 7 she was no where insight and claim she worked over 8 hours . Her boss later text stating she was at the location for 5 hours . Bottom line nothing was cleaned . The owner Ricardo Gabriel first stated it was a lot of work demanding $500 after we agreed to $350 which I received from another cleaning service . The worker never clean the premises and they refuse to refund my money . They are scams .

I'm a property manager for few condos near the city, I hired this company to clean my condos and they did an amazing job. All the carpets in the building were stained and discolored. I really thought I would've needed to have them replaced.
However, they conditioned the carpets and gave them a deep clean. They were as good as new!! They gave the entire building a deep clean. They left the condo looking good and smelling great! Will definitely hire them again they did a fantastic job. I must say they are the best in town very professional, extremely affordable, they are insured and they pay keen attention to details.
