The Renaissance School is a morning preschool program serving families with children 2.9 - 5 years old. Children may start anytime throughout the school year and do not need to be potty trained. Parents may stay at preschool until their child is happily settled in and able to say good-bye.
Parents are welcome to get involved but are not required to. Parental involvement includes coming along on field trips, helping with cooking projects, playing a musical instrument; gifts of time and talents are always welcome.
Our preschool is located on the edge of UMass which enables us to take advantage of everything the campus has to offer - we enjoy children's performances at the Fine Arts Center and take local field trips. Student interns from the Education and Psychology Departments work with us which helps our school maintain a high teacher to child ratio.
