Cleaned a client home that was an elderly after our flood storm. Upon my arrival, Client was arguing with another company about the work they provided. Client was very upset and frantic. I took over the situation, send the disrespectful on their way as client had asked, and began providing my quality cleaning. At the end of my day, she introduced me to all of her elderly friends in this manner, "Meet my angels that God sent me today. They were so respectful to me, and took care of me just like I was there mother". As we said our goodbyes, she stood at her door and with tears in her eyes, and thanked us continuously, and said "I thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart. I thought I was going to be attacked if you ladies didn't show up. You girls are really my angels and I love yall"......(this meant more to me than $...that's what started me on my way...the passion behind our work.
