Their service level has been going down consistently throughout the period they worked at our home.
We started with an excellent crew who left their company and since then they tried to substitute that team with very poor team members who were systematically late (when they could make it and did not ask to reschedule), consistently broke electrical features, chipped baseboards and door stops with their vacuum cleaner, threw cigarette butts on our driveway, left the lights on when leaving... worse the door open and the keys outside to whoever would have liked to get it.
We have been very patient and they have not been very professional nor showed much concern about the issues we reported.
