Had a great experience with Purple Spring Home Care. Carl, the care manager, was hands-on, always responsive, and very helpful, and her fellow care coordinators were prompt with everything. They delivered quality care and were a wonderful, loving, and compassionate caregiver. I would certainly use Purple Spring again and would highly recommend them to others based on my positive experience.

If you are looking for a home care company, Purple Spring is caring and responsive to your needs. Allan was professional, honest, and genuinely concerned about meeting our needs in caring for our mom. Her actual caregiver, Elizabeth, was fantastic. As a health care professional myself with high standards, I can honestly say I was beyond pleased with Purple Spring.

My mother is 86 years old and bedridden. My father is 87. My father was the primary caregiver for my mom. It was getting too much for her to handle independently, but she hesitated to get help. I convinced her to meet with Purple Spring. We were both very impressed with the services offered and the ability to customize the care my father wanted. When we started the service, my father was thrilled. We highly recommend Purple Spring to anyone seeking a compassionate and professional home care service.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I'm writing this so no one else has to go through what my parents went through. I contracted with Purple Spring to provide a caretaker for my father when he was released from the hospital. The caretaker they provided, Marta, was inexperienced, inept and argumentative. She pushed back on giving my Dad a shower even though it was part of the requirements of our caregiver intake form. During the 5 days she worked for for my parents, she spent the majority of her time watching TV at a loud volume rather than engaging my Dad in stimulating activities. She complained about having to move him from the couch to the commode. The only thing she worked at was trying to convince my Dad to increase her hours. The final straw came when, on her 5th day of employment, she showed up intoxicated for her evening shift. She terrified my elderly parents who had to call the police when she refused to leave their home. The response from Purple Spring was to ask us to pay for the 5 days she "worked" with us. After we pushed back, they decided we should not be charged. It was the absolute very least they could do.

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation to Purple Spring Home Care as to the excellent and outstanding service I have received since I started with the agency in 2017. I have never dealt with such kind, caring, and compassionate aides as the ones I have in place to date. From the initial meeting to discuss our needs and consider which personality of caregivers are best suited for our household, the agency has done a superior job. The scheduling needs have changed for us from time to time and they have always tried so patiently to help us. We are extremely pleased with the quality of care we receive and are very grateful for their great employees.

Very poorly run.
I spent some time on the phone with them and it is their policy to have you fill out a questionnaire before they answer the most basic of questions.
They promise a "care manager" will call you in a short while, but that doesn't happen, and when you call back the next day, you're onto another person who won't move you forward.
They want to interview you without giving any substantive information about their company and services.
