Save yourself the headache and hire someone else. The woman who runs this poor excuse for a business is a fraud.

I initially chose this Prosperity to clean my home because it looked to be a reputable business. Mistake! Sanovia (who I am assuming is the owner), without my approval, contracted this job out to a random person on Craigslist. Sanovia had never met this person and was in no way connected to her "business." If I wanted to hire someone from Craigslist, I would have done that myself!

Sanovia Stevenson-Whitaker also failed to tell the Craigslist cleaner that I had carpet and would need my floors vacuumed. So, I had to pay full price for a cleaning that did not even include vacuumed floors or steps.

When I brought this to her attention, she didn't even have the decency or professionalism to respond. No apology, no offer of a partial refund, nothing. Disgusting.

Don't hire this fraud. She might end up sending the next Craigslist Killer to your house. And if the random person from Craigslist doesn't kill you, you'll be paying full price for a half-a** job.
