It is our mission to provide quality childcare. Precious Kids is privately owned by a parent who had the same worries of young working mothers today. We know that choosing a childcare center can be difficult. The worries and guilt new mothers feel leaving your child are very stressful. But you can feel good knowing that your baby, toddler or preschooler is in the very best care you will find! We often staff better than the state ratios. We have been caring for children in Nassau County since 2005 and have a second location in Farmingville since 2017. Our program is conveniently located minutes from the LIE, Nichols Rd and North Ocean Ave. We accept children 6 weeks-5 years old. Our teachers and staff are not only experienced, but most importantly, nurturing and loving individuals who meet all state guidelines and certification requirements. Our classroom experiences are child initiated and teacher supported designed to encourage growth of gross and fine motor skills utilizing multi-sensory materials. Our program fosters curiosity, creativity and self esteem which will help your child acquire a love of learning. Our developmentally appropriate curriculum enhances social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth. Our Pre-K program completely prepares your child for kindergarten.
