I enrolled my children here for a month, and pulled them out as soon as I could. It was unprofessional. The staff was mean and impatient towards the kids. It smelled terrible. And the administrator was apathetic towards all the parents. I truly nothing good to say about this daycare and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My child was enrolled here for only a month - I pulled her out as soon as a could. Horrible place. Unsafe environment for any young child. I am not sure how they continue to operate. When I complained about the multiple problems I had to the director she verbally abused me and harassed me for weeks after my child was gone. Horrible.

My child is 1 and a half years old, and has been enrolled in Pitter Patter for almost 5 months. Recently, she has been bit. Not just a few times, 7 times. After talking to the teacher about these incidents and asking what is being done to stop the incidents, she replied " We send the parents a note. We watch them!" After the 5th incident I called the owner who then pawned the call off onto her employee, the employee told me that the child would be suspended if the biting happens again. she was bit again, with a full set of teeth marks on her back and her elbow was bit and clearly the teeth had dragged through her skin. Once again, I call to ask them did the child get suspended? NO. There has to be breakage of the skin. After talking to the parent of the biter, she informed me that she was NEVER notified of these incidents. My sister also has her child at this school. She paid the teacher the money so that he can go on a field trip, they lined him up at the bus, asked if he was ready to go!!? But after my sister had left the property they pulled him off the bus and did not let him attend even though the trip was paid. No good reason was given other than they said She did not pay for the trip on time, however another parent had informed her that she paid for her son THAT day, and they let him go on the field trip. My brother also has a child here, he has walked into the classroom to find that the children were unattended. Don't place your children here..Not to mention sippy cups full of foggy water and never milk or juice, also children coming home with dirty faces and ruined clothes. They also informed my sister about my daughters bites and the director said she didn't know about any of it.

My son was 8 months when I enrolled him. He had to get a doctors note so they would stop feeding him a bottle laying on his back because the drainage kept causing him ear infections. Then when he was on medication for his ear infection he was fussier during feeding. Since my son was on soy formula I had to come with all the bottle pre made. At the time I also made his food. I picked him up first day I noticed his food is still there they way I brought it. And only 2 bottles out of 5 were given to him. He is at that daycare from when it opens until closing because of my work schedule and having to take the bus. Then I noticed how he was starving and so thirsty when I would pick him up everyday with the leftover bottles and food. Then one day. All the food and every single bottle was untouched. I asked them what did he eat or drink. They said that my kid say no with his body language so they didn't feed him. He was 8 months old. He was on antibiotics and apparently they let and 8 month old say if they are hungry or not by nodding his head. Or just being a little fussy. I brought him back to the doctors for a check up. I'm the three weeks he was there he lost 3 lbs. Maybe the other bostleys are better but for infants I do not recommend the dewey ave bostleys.
