Perfect Nanny Match is Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne counties ultimate household matching service! We help each and every person (both Families and Caregivers) find their perfect match, whether it's helping a family find a quality nanny, or helping a tutor find a new client!
We run background checks on every caregiver we refer, call their references, and run a sex-offender check. We conduct both a phone interview, as well as an in-person interview with all candidates and families.
We also have a 60 day match guarantee! This means that if either party is unhappy with the match for whatever reason, we will find your a replacement caregiver within 60 days. We will also work to find caregivers a new position as well.
We personally meet all of our clients, and make sure our matches are safe, stress free, and fast. This translates to very happy families, finding quality childcare and elder care.
