Apartment choices include studio, one bedroom, and two bedrooms. Basic services include, but are not limited to: three meals per day, medication administration, weekly housekeeping and laundry service, basic cable, weekly bus trips to shopping locations, special events and entertainment on-site and off- site, and on-site staff 24/7. In addition to our basic services, we offer four Levels of Care for an additional fee. An assessment of the potential resident prior to move-in determines the Level of Care needed.
We have a self-contained, secured, memory-care unit called Oakhaven Place on the first floor. Individuals with an advanced dementia illness who need a high level of supervision and assistance, but who are not appropriate for a skilled nursing facility, are cared for in Oakhaven Place.
