NU Direction Assisted Living residence is not what it's suppose to be. They do not follow state regulations and truly needs to be monitored by the State of Maryland. Family members of the residents there do not know what is going on.
It's a sad situation. I can say this because I was a resident for a little over 3 months. I sent my documentation to theState of Maryland Human Resources, however, I don't know if they followed
up.
They can talk a good game but beware. The owners just think about money. Contact DSS regarding the documentation I sent to them if you so wish.
