Worked for this company and it is horrible management style. I was left untrained, unverified and overworked. After I decided to leave the owner refused to pay me for weeks where I was working over 80 hrs

I recently used NorthShore Home Care for transportation services for my mother. She had a follow up appointment at Skokie Hospital which conflicted with my work schedule. I contacted NorthShore Home Care through an internet search and scheduled a brief interview with Melody in my home so my mother & I could meet her. Everything was easy and great from the start and we scheduled the transportation. My mother liked her and thought she was very personable and patient. It all went smoothly. I will definitely use this home care agency again should the need arise.
