My son has been coming here for almost a year and we are so happy we made the decision to stick with Miss Nikki! She's such a kind and easy going person. She truly makes you feel like at ease. My son has learned so much from his ABC's to the days of the week. He loves coming to daycare and never comes home upset of sad. Miss Nikki provides meals through the day and also provides a nap time for the children. She send home a report of how much your child has drank, what they ate, and how long they slept. I would recommend this establishment to anybody looking for a fun play and learn daycare.

My daughter has been attending Nikki's Child Care for about a month now and she absolutely loves it. She is an ex preschool trying to start her own preschool . She is very sweet and has a lot of patience. Miss Nikki has affordable prices and is willing to negotiate with parents who are on a budget. She is really flexible when it comes to choosing which days you would like your child to attend. Nikki also keeps me updated throughout the day on my daughters progress (which I love) it really helps with parents who worry about being away from their child. She puts that to ease. My daughter talks about her all the time at home and all the arts and crafts she does with Miss Nikki. My daughter learned how to write her name within two weeks . I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Miss Nikki she is great with my daughter and I would recommend her to anyone who's looking for affordable child care.

Hello All!

My son has just started at Nikki's Child Care. Although I miss him terribly I know he is in good hands. The prices are affordable and Nikki is truly so sweet. She really give my son lots of attention and keeps him happy all day. I get a few pictures throughout the day which I appreciate and she communicates with me on feeding and when he goes to the bathroom. Weird I know but as a parent its important to know! The Child Care is very clean and in a good neighborhood. She has a camera system and its secure. She listens to the tips I give her when it comes to my son and applies them. I am very grateful I found her as it is hard to find care for infants especially at the rate she offers.

As Nikki's first official client, we wanted to share our experience on her still developing Day Care. We will try to stick to just the facts, rather than opinion, so here it is:

Nikki is one of the nicest individuals we have met. She was very sweet, very open / accommodating to our requests. Not sure you will find a nicer individual in the Day Care field. Which is truly what drew us in to sign with Nikki.

When Nikki first explained her vision of her new business to us, it sounded like she wanted the business to be focused around toddlers / pre-school, which was mainly her experience for the past few years before she was let go (on good terms - confirmed from pre-school she previously worked at). But she was open to accepting our infant (4 month old), and her license permitted her to an infant, as we were told. After speaking with her references, all of her references had toddlers that Nikki took care of. None of them had Nikki take care of an infant, although one of her references said that she spoke with a different reference that said Nikki babysat her infant for a little while (so reference of a reference confirmed - guess we had to trust them?). :)

So we took a leap of faith with a young Day Care individual, knowing that Nikki didn't have extensive experience with infants, which is not easy concerning your infant first born child.

We decided to start off with part-time Day Care to test the waters. Two days the first week (Mon & Fri), and two days the second week (Thurs & Fri). After the first day, Nikki reported that our little guy had good moments, and fussy moments, but overall great! The second day she reported he was very fussy, and she brought in her assistant (which is her very young cousin). The third day came, he did good again! And the fourth day came, which was also the starting day for one other infant (so she now has two infants, which I believe reduces the amount of toddlers she can take in per her license unless she had more Day Care professionals - probably not what she envisioned for her business). So here we are, the 4th day in, no reports of issues from Nikki throughout the day, everything was normal according to her text messages throughout the day. My husband goes to pick up our little one, and Nikki informs us that she is dropping us as clients, and is no longer willing to take care of our fussy infant because she believes there are better more infant focused day cares to take care of our infant. SHOCKING to say the least. Not only did she drop us without any warning, but she revealed that she was only able to feed our 4 month old infant 2 OUNCES of milk the ENTIRE 9 HOUR DAY! Nor did our baby sleep at all! No phone call, no text, nothing to let us know that our infant was not eating or sleeping. Nikki said that she didn't want us to think that she couldn't take care of our baby....

So here we are, back to square one, scrambling to find a new day care who can handle infants. Looking back, and as Nikki put it herself, it's a good thing that she dropped us, as our infant would have continuously been deprived of proper infant care and attention.
