The woman in charge is very rude. They wasted my time for a year. Can't write all info here because there is too much crap to tell and program errors out if I try to post all of it. They made me jump through hoops but nothing was good enough. Told me I qualified and had a dog, then gave a bunch of debunked reasons why I couldn't get him. They lied repeatedly...etc.
