Beware of this service. Do not use. They do not take responsibility for damage done & you end up incurring costs to repair yourself.

It is an agency and while most agencies have insurance to cover damage to clients. We reached out following our move our clean immediately (within the next day) that the cleaning person had not only used a substance that stripped the chrome finish on the range unit but they had tried to use something that scratched the surface even more. I offered suggestions how to remediate the issue such as purchasing the new panel...but stress the importance of remediating the damage created during the cleaning.

They gave me the run around for the past week asking me to fill out a form then another form when today they replied:

Thank you for your patience while we looked into this. We spoke with the cleaner regarding this claim and we do not believe the cleaner would have caused this. Our cleaners are equipped with a standard cleaning kit that includes: a duster, dust pan, flat mop Swiffer, microfiber towels, magic erasers, sponges, all-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, disinfectant, and glass cleaner. All of our cleaning products are non-abrasive. The cleaner said she used dish soap and her sponge to clean the stove.

CONSUMER WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not deserve your trust or money.

These guys are completely unprofessional, arrived late outside the time window and the two cleaners left the job after a hour. The company sent a video to my email and called saying there was construction going on in the apartment, which was not the case.

I had scheduled a deep clean for my rental apartment after a long time tenant moved out and even communicated directly with the service prior to scheduling the cleaning job to make sure they were able to manage the job. The apartment needed to be painted and there was some minor maintenance that had to be done after a tenant of many years leaves, but this was going to be scheduled after the clean service was competed.

My new tenant asked if she could start painting the apartment herself and I gave her the go ahead. She painted in the morning and was still in the apartment when the two cleaners arrived late and very late in afternoon, The video shows some of the walls that were in the process of being painted, but there was no painting equipment, tarps or anything in the cleaners way. Actually the cleaning service is at an advantage because the entire apartment was 95% empty! The closets, bathrooms and kitchen, which needed the most cleaning work, was empty of everything!

The two cleaners could not speak English and just walked out, per my new tenant. I believe they were unprepared and not properly informed about what type of cleaning service they were supposed to preform at the apartment. My tenant even brought over her vacuum and purchased some extra cleaning products for them to use. I was left holding the bag looking like an idiot landlord for using such a subpar service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not deserve your trust or money.

MyClean helps keep my busy life on autopilot. Kristine comes to our home once per week and does a wonderful job for us. We trust her, and the company has been an overall pleasure to work with when we need to cancel, reschedule, etc. In a busy and stressful city like NYC it is nice to have service you know you can rely on.

I take care of my apartment as best I can but it is not always easy to get into every surface and nook and cranny to keep it as spotless as I would like. In comes MyClean and does an excellent job for me. Absolutely worth the money for a 3 hour cleaning to get everything spick and span.

We've used MyClean for the last couple of months. A friend recommended them after we moved and needed a new cleaning person. Website is great, very easy to use, schedule and pay with a credit card. Much easier than our previous experiences living in NYC over the last 8 years. We set up a recurring appointment and have been more than happy so far.

I booked a MyClean appointment but forgot to put it in my Google Calendar. I got a call from my MyClean cleaner as I was running around the city. Having no had no way to let her in at the time, I apologized and told her to go. I knew MyClean charges a cancellation fee but reached out to them anyway to see if we could work something out. Wow, their customer service was an unexpected surprise!!! Not only did I get quickly get through to an actual human being, but they actually sent the same cleaner back at a new time, free of charge. I was home the next time to let her in, apologized again, and tipped her well because of what happened the other day.
