Jolene is an amazing resource. She helped me complete the care for my dear kitty after a week long hospitalization for pneumonia and heart failure. We were sent home with 10 different medications to be given three times per day. I had just had shoulder surgery and wasn't able to do any of it. Jolene came promptly and handled "Fred" beautifully and with extreme care. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs short-term or longer-term help caring for their pets at home.
