I arranged for Laura to come twice a month on an on going basis. I provided her with my house keys, she showed up once and she never came back. After sending several texts over the course of a few weeks she advised me she was in Brazil and could send someone else to clean my house. I asked her to simply have someone return my keys. She's yet to respond and now I'm not sure what to do. She still has my keys and will not reply to me at all.
