The MAOF Subsidized Alternative Paymeny Program (CAPP) is a parental choice program, the parent may choose one of the following types of childcare: Child Care Center, Licensed before/after school program, Licensed Family Day Care home and the children's relative i.e. grandparent, aunt or uncle or even a friend or neighbor. These programs are for low-income families who may be eligible for subsidized childcare services and are working and/or attending a vocational training and live within our geographical service area.
