Same story - no show for appointment and then no response via phone or email to explain. Do not try to use this company - horrible service.

Absolutely horrible. Had an appointment scheduled and a no show. I called and emailed and finally got contacted back. I was told that there was a scheduling issue and my appointment was not scheduled. They are horrible at customer service. DO NOT use them. I just hope I can get my money back or I just may have to make a trip myself to their business office at 5356 Fallwood Dr., #114 Indianapolis, IN 46220.

I was going to re-schedule, but after seeing all these HORRIBLE reviews I will not be doing that. I just hope I can get my money back from Groupon!
Same Story. Purchased in Groupon. Trying to track them down for 2 weeks. So far no luck.

Contacting Groupon to get the money back.
I am in the process of contacting Living Social for a refund as well. I have experienced the exact same thing as everyone else. Lack of effective communication, vague replies (if at all) to e-mail, full voicemail and the list goes on. DO NOT use this "company" unless you have all the time in the world to waste tracking down Natasha in hopes for possibly being able to redeem your voucher. Pathetic!!

Stay away! Everything people are warning you about is true. Next to impossible to contact them, they do not return calls unless prompted by groupon of whoever. When I finally did get to talk to Natasha there was a phone ringing in the background with an answering machine which answered the call and the volume was nice and loud so I could hear another customer complaining. Well anyway after setting up the appointment and having to wait 3 or 4 weeks getting ready for them having my husband move some heavy items out of their way the big day arrived in one hour the will be here.....then the phone rang....guess what.....there is no way they can make it due to staffing issues....ha ha I am a sucker...she owns the so called buisness she made the appointment. She was going to come clean she is the one with not one good review so she wants me to reschedule. Hell No. I just want my money back and I want to warn you!

Same story for me too. I bought a deal from Living Social. I tried to call to set up an appointment for a month and never could get them to call me back. I begun trying to get my money back from LivingSocial and then finally, the owner Natasha emailed me. We set up an appointment after 2 weeks of slow email communication from her. The night before the appointment, they emailed asking if they could come earlier than scheduled. I agreed. They ended up getting there at the originally scheduled time and said they didn't realize how long it would take to get there. They showed up, a team of two girls and were very friendly and courteous; however, they didn't even bring a vacuum! They mopped the floors with the equivalent of a Swiffer WetJet. They did wipe down the baseboards and clean the toilets pretty well, but I found out after they left that they had used some of my cleaning supplies to wipe down countertops. Simply put for $40, my kids could've cleaned the house better, and I could've used the WetJet for free. They are now offering a Groupon for $99. Laughable!! Do NOT use this company.
Same as the other reviews...after I bought the deal on living social it was a month after I purchased it that they could come out. There kept being time problems the day of, didn't realize how long it would take to get here, then early, oh wait stuck in traffic... Then I was under the impression that it was 3 hours. No where did I read that it would be split between people...4 were here for one hour. They were nice to me but thought they would be here longer. My house isn't that big but they only did the main level. Oh well it was cheap enough but next time I will just hire local.
I paid $60.00 for a living social deal for three hours of house cleaning from this company. I called to schedule an appointment more than 2 weeks in advance of a party in my home. They never returned my first call, so I called again, and this time was able to schedule an appointment (about three weeks after my party). The day prior to my appointment, I received a call to confirm, and I did confirm. The day of the appointment they didn't show at the scheduled time. 20 minutes after the appointment time, I received a phone call from them and spoke to Natasha. She stated that since they were unable to confirm my appointment (which I had done over the phone the previous day) that they had decided not to come. When I pointed out that I had indeed confirmed my appointment, she became combative, rude and completely unprofessional over the phone. She stated that they could come later in the day, and after discussing time frames, she then told me that the living social deal, although it clearly states three hours of house cleaning, meant that two cleaners would come to the house for a total of 1.5 hours. After the lies and the abuse I had already endured over the phone, I had had enough. Luckily I was able to get my money back from living social. It appears this company is using online deal sites such as living social as a front to not deliver the services purchased. When customers are unsatisfied, they are then told that they can get their money back from the living social (or other) website, which is often difficult to do because of their strict refund policies. Again, I think I got lucky this time...and I wouldn't wish dealing with this company on my worst enemy. I also plan to do more thorough research before making future internet deal purchases.

Less the one star Terrible service. My wife and I scheduled our small apt to be cleaned after we removed all our belongings Out in order to turn the apt over to the complex owners. They somehow scheduled our cleaning for the day after our move out date. Which was an impossibillity since I was already driving the moving truck and my wife had our two young children and a flight to catch. So my wife had to go buy cleaning supplies, since ours were all packed and half way across the country, and clean our apt while watching a 2 yr old and a 5 mo old. Now, they won't return my calls to get my money back. Stay away!!
