Unfortunately Mr. Henry Gonzales, who works for a big company, called himself a multimillionaire and called me an peasant after I requested an additional $50.00 for a cleaning of his AirBnB after a longer than normal stay. The cleaning fee was $150.00 for the weekly cleaning, but after his renters stayed for 4 weeks, the house was heavily used and needed extra attention. Mr Gonzalez refused to understand the need to pay extra. I send him a nice email telling him to find someone else to clean for him and that's when the abusive emails started. I still have the emails Mr. Gonzalez.

Sue, you were our first Hoarders clean up and I didn't charge you nearly enough. Yes, I gave you the cleaning for free and here you are the only bad review in 14 years. It was an experience I want to forget. I don't argue and I don't belittle people. I wasn't rude, I just said NO. All my clients are of high quality with well cared homes, so of course I came well recommended. We didn't get there late and tired. We got to a house in which someone was smoking marijuana inside and I had to keep my crew in it to get the job done for you. We cleaned EVERYTHING and all PARTS needed for your painter next morning (dog hair, dirt, co webs and smoke off of all walls, doors and baseboards) and the touch up cleaning was to come after their work was done. You stated that painter was happy and job was done. It looked great and had no more smoke smell as you wished. I did take before and after pictures (including inside dishwasher, yuck). We clean, we don't restore. I refused to go upstairs with you, because of your behavior and I felt threatened. Thanks for the review and good luck!
