First time using this business and the last. Took my dog in for a bath and picked her up 2 hours later. Mary said it took 3 people to hold her down to give her a bath. She has never needed more than 1 person to give her a bath. I couldn't believe it! My dog is very friendly. Not sure if Mary took into account this was her first time in a new place with all new people. She must have been scared to death. I've shed tears and lost sleep over this. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
