Sally's M

Keeway's Comfy Kennel is our dog Sally's home away from home, and Keeway's is her second family. Sally is a shy black lab who loves Keeway, Cheryle, and Ken. Sally and I were lucky enough to meet Cheryle and her pack one day several years ago at Fresh Pond. I was thrilled to find out that Cheryle does in-home boarding. We have been boarding Sally at Keeway's Comfy Kennel ever since.

When Sally first joined Cheryle's pack, she was very shy and fearful of men. Cheryl's husband Ken really helped her come out of her shell. She now loves Ken and is very enthusiastically affectionate with him.

Sally loves going to Keeway's Comfy Kennel. In fact, we really can't say "Keeway" or "Cheryle" in front of her because she gets too excited. I feel a tinge of guilt when we pick her up after a stay at Keeway's, because I feel like our own home is so boring in comparison! Once in a while we will run in to Cheryle and Ken with the pack at the dog park, and it's always a special treat for all of us.

We feel very fortunate to have found such a loving second home for Sally at Keeway's, and we never worry about Sally when we have to travel without her -- we know she is in great hands and having a blast.

Cheryle Carson, owner of Keeway Comfy Kennel has been caring for my dog since 2007. By now she's practically a member of our family - a least our dog thinks she is.
On a daily basis, Cheryle walks our dog, but we've also left her with Cheryle for many days at a time when we're traveling. No matter what the need is; Cheryle is there to help us out and care for our dog. She's an incredibly loving person who has an amazing ability with dogs. She seems to understand each of their unique personalities and what they need to be happy. Our dog is a rescue dog with a very uncertain background, not an easy dog to take on, but Cheryle has completely won her over and there's no one I'd trust more with my dog. The added benefit is, Ken - Cheryle's husband is also an amazing dog person and often times he's there to help out, especially if it's over the weekend or at night. If our dog is having a "sleep-over" at Keeway's Comfy Kennel, she has the added attention of Ken, plus a cozy bed, blanket, other dogs to play with, lots of TLC and well...a pretty fantastic experience overall.
Cheryle has my wholehearted support. I would recommend her services to anyone and any dog!

Cheryle Carson is simply the best. A true dog "whisperer" who seems to have a real gift for understanding how dogs think. She certainly gave me great advice for Dave, my formerly ill behaved Lab mix. After just one stay with Cheryle and carefully following her advice, he was a different dog! Now, he gets excited just driving up her street, he jumps out of the car and runs up to her door and I'm embarrassed to admit I have to drag him out of her house (seriously!) I trust her completely. When I moved to Boston, I asked people at Fresh Pond who the best walker and home boarding person was. After hearing 5 people in a row say "Oh, if you can get Cheryle, she's definitely the best" - I was confident I had found the right person. In 6 years, Cheryle has never missed a single day of walking - I really admire her work ethic! And when I travel, I know Dave is having a great time.

Emma, my 8-year old Goldendoodle, often boards with Cheryle when we go on vacation. I never worry about Emma when she is with Cheryle. She gets plenty of exercise and lots of love. What I particularly like is the fact that Emma is boarded in a home environment, not a kennel. I would, and have, recommended Cheryle as both a dog walker and a boarding resource on many occasions and would not hesitate to do so again. My dog is like my child--I hate to leave her behind. But at least I know she is in really good hands.

Cheryle Carson has been our dog walker and dogsitter for more than three years. Cheryle is sweet, fun, caring, reliable and quite knowledgeable about dogs. She gave us plenty of good advice/tricks to use with our dog Maya. Maya is a bit shy, and Cheryle helped quite a bit in improving her social skills. Cheryle manages very well interactions between multiple dogs - she is a great "pack-leader"! She provides a happy and fun environment for our dog either for a walk or on a multi-day stay. We moved a few towns away but still confidently rely on her to take care of our dog.

Needless to say we highly recommend Cheryle for anyone looking for great professional care for your loved dog!
