DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!!! My daughter is 17 months and came home everyday with new scars and scratches on her face and every time I would ask the teacher what happen they were dumb founded and always told me they don't know and that it's probably just her cutting herself with her nails which she never does they just said that to cover there own ass. When I went to leave and get her stuff the man had the audacity To tell me she is getting scratched because it's her fault for pulling hair. As an adult your supposed to stop the situation and make sure the kids are safe so basically they just sat back and watched her get scratched by other kids and sat back and let the other kids get their hair pulled on. There is absolutely a LACK OF SUPERVISION. Also it always smells like dirty diapers all the time in there, the teachers are always yelling at the kids when I walk in talking to them in a very aggressive manner. Her stuff is always missing when I pick her up. When I went to go pick her up outside no one was watching her and she was stuck under a toy car and was trying to get herself out I had to help her. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALOUD TO WATCH INFANTS. There was an incident where she was bitten and the situation could of been avoided and the women didn't even call me about it she waited till I walked in and was basically like OH BY THE WAY she got bit on the for head and it was by a kid from another class who wasn't supposed to be playing with her group. I never got any sympathy or apology for her coming home all banged up they didn't care they pretty much brushed it off and blamed it on my 17 month old. IF YOU WANT YOUR KIDS TO BE SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY ARE LOVED AND SAFE DONT BRING THEM HERE!!!! It's a cheap half assed run down day care and I'm really upset I wasted my time with them. Very unprofessional !!!!

Saw you on the news honoring the fallen police officer as he came by in the funeral possession.
So touching and heartwarming to see the children standing out there with their hands on their hearts.
God bless you for this beautiful action. I will never forget the love you shared.

This is the WORST experience I have EVER had! My child always came home missing something, either his clothes, his cups, or wearing another child's diapers even when he was fully supplied with his own. They do not communicate at all. Everyone tells you a different story. Several occasions where my child came home with his cups still completely full and untouched ( you would know if they were touched, they don't wash anything there. I have a medication applicator to prove it) and went hours before urinating. When asked about it they swore up and down that they gave him water plenty times. Well nothing was even documented but not sure how they gave him something when nothing was touched. When you try and speak to the owner she is either unavailable or never around and when she is, she either avoids the situation or basically says you are making it up. This place is an absolute joke. The turnover rate with staff is beyond ridiculous. In not even an entire year there has been more new staff and people either getting fired or quitting it's a wonder they are even still in business. You never get a statement every week as you should, and when you did it's all handwritten and makes absolutely no sense at all. They are closed for an entire week during the 4th of July and you still have to pay a full weeks tuition. The workers do not get paid at all during this time. I am literally sick to my stomach with that place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE!!!!!!!!!

Choosing to trust strangers with your children has got to be one of the hardest decisions to make as a parent. I had been to two different child care centers before deciding to go with Kaleidoscope. I needed to be sure that I was comfortable with leaving my kids in the care of the people that would be growing with them. I really wanted my decision to be based on knowing that my child can grow through the years with this one child care center and that I would not have to move them to a different one. Kaleidoscope was one of the best decisions I made for my kids. Not only did I get a great feeling with the director in knowing that she knew what she was doing and doing it with care, but the teachers themselves are amazing as well! My oldest loves his Pre-K teacher and my youngest shows great improvement in development every day! They have been going there for 8 months now and I could not be happier with the decision I made. The teachers are sure to provide an update on their day, any issues they may have with the kids throughout the day and also inform you of the improvement they see in them. They are great with providing any advice to assist in parenting as well! I think that is very important, especially as a single mother. You need all the advice you can get! The most important to me is the turnaround in teachers as well. Kids need consistency in their lives and need that trust in a person. I think that is what I love the most about Kaleidoscope. There is not a big turnaround in teachers. My kids have grown to trust the teachers and have grown attached to them. I adore that so much! It helps me to be able to trust them more when I see that my kids, who spend all day with them, through their many emotions they have throughout the day, trust them to care for them. I see it every day, how much the teachers and the office staff look out for the kids. Everyone is very involved in the care for every child there. Kaleidoscope is definitely one of the best, out of many decisions I will make, for my children!

My child has been attending Kaleidoscope for almost two years, and I am highly satisfied. He is learning, and the teachers and directors are friendly, informative, and always keep me updated on anything pertaining to my son. FYI, the center is only dark during nap time for the smaller children (so that they can sleep of course). They do many activities with and also get the parents involved. We are happy here.

HORRIBLE, SCARY DARK PLACE. THE AC WAS NOT WORKING IN THE WHOLE BUILDING AND THE ROOMS ARE SO SMALL THE CHILDREN ARE CRAMMED INTO THESE TINY SPACES. SOME OF THE STAFF APPEAR TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL. AND 3 PREVIOUS EMPLOYEES HAVE ALL SAID THEY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY HAVE HAD REPORTS FOR TEACHERS KICKING AND HITTING CHILDREN. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU. THIS OUTDATED RUN DOWN BUSINESS IS ON ITS LAST LEG. THE WELFARE OF THESE KIDS IS THE LAST THING THEY ARE CONCERNED WITH. THEY JUST WANT THE MONEY. THEY ARE NOT FIT TO RUN THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS AND WILL BE SHUT DOWN HOPEFULLY VERY SOON

I worked there many years ago and it was great. The directors were great, and staff was great and we had a great curriculum we used, and plenty of materials. The only thing I am not sure I cared for is the inside play areas for the older kids was out in the open and not in the classroom. Unless you can anticipate a kids every move it is hard to have them playing there without one sneaking off. It seemed to work well for the teachers there though. If I had not moved I would probably still be there with the toddler/infants.
