My name is Shannen; I am a mother of 2.
I run a licensed family childcare center from my home in Waldorf. I am of Franco-Belgian descent, and I love speaking my native language, French,with all the children that I care for, and there is no better time for a child to be exposed to a new language than during their formative years.

<br/>At Joy Daycare, your child will benefit from a safe, clean, fun-loving and learning environment with a curriculum that will stimulate and encourage their developmental growth. Your child will be given the support they need to grow socially, physically and emotionally in a safe and secure environment.

<br/>I am licensed by the State of MD, I have passed background and fingerprinting as well as home inspection. I have the following certifications: First Aid/CPR, SIDs, Developmental Screening, Medication Administration, Child Development, Infant Breastfeeding and Americans with Disabilities Act.
