At first it seems that she tries to please you and your child. I requested a report which she states she did not do for my 15 months old I did not feel this was too much to ask for starting a new place. He only went for a week but was sick almost every other week and when I tried to discuss things she immediately demanded a two weeks notice and kept the 185 advanced and payment for that week and my son could not attend because he was sick. I had to pay her in order to get his things which were prescription and blanket. When she gave me back his cup it had sat in a cabinet for 3 days , she states she would hand wash it before giving to a child. It had milk still in the straw part as well as a foul milk odor, she did not take the cup apart to clean it and at no time did she communicate that it was difficult to clean or I would have taken it home myself. She responded that is why she supplies a cup which is about the same but never took responsibility for her part of things. Even my son still transitioning was crying we had to pick him up and she gave us to the end of the week I should have took him out then instead of giving her another chance. I felt she wanted older kids so they can color and be on their own but would never say that.
