I called multiple companies to find care for my husband on a Sunday night and I couldn't get a real live person to answer me and help me, that's when I found an angel by the name of Lidianne. She assured me she was going to help me even though my area was outside of their services area, she listened and made sure I got connected to the right people, she kept in touch with me until I found care for my husband. Horizon all I have to say is thank you for assisting me on a moment that I desperately needed, thank you for having employees who care.
