Honest Hearts took care of my step father with Parkinsons and my Mother for several months until they moved. We were very happy with their reliability, flexibility, and their care. They did a nice job with daily living assistance, bathroom hygiene, mobility transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and more. We would definitely use them again!

Stay away from this "homecare" agency. The owner is extremely unprofessional and very unpleasant. There was a major lack of communication when we did use her for several months. When we were told (very recently) that she thought we needed more care, she provided us with someone who comes daily, but then threatened that if we did not have 24/7 care through her that she would report us (we were looking elsewhere!) She had her caregiver pulled immediately in the middle of her shift, abandoning my Mother In Law mid-day with no communication. She should not be in business and I will be reporting this agency.

We have been very pleased with the service my 88 year old mom has received. Our caretaker comes twice a week my mom needs help with personal care, light housekeeping and laundry.
I also appreciate receiving a phone call if there are any concerns regarding her health. It is great to have another pair of trusted eyes on my mom.
I highly recommend their services.
