I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy, they are in fact uncaring, uncompassionate and unhelpful. I took one of the neighborhood stray cats I feed to them for a runny nose. They took some blood and sent it away for testing rather than do it there for cost effectiveness. They said they would call me but 2 days later they had not called. (I have since found a local spay/neuter clinic who can have the results in 10 minutes) Anyway after 2 days I called them and they non-chalantly told me he tested positive for feiine leukemia which I know is the most deadly disease cats can get so why did I have to call them to find out. They offered NO APOLOGY for not having called". One of his medications I had yet to pick up (they said at the time they thought they had it on hand but had run out). Due to bad weather I asked them to mail it and they said "unfortunately we can't do that" because we "special-ordered it just for you" which contradicts what they said earlier about keeping it in stock. They even refused to credit the credit card until I told them if they didn't it would be stealing. THEY HAVE NEVER called to check on him or offered any empathy. They just suggested I might want to consider putting him down which won't be happening because he still enjoys life and then there is also the possiblity of a False Positive test result. I'm still upset that after having paid them over $300, they couldn't spare one dollar of profit to mail his medication. THESE PEOPLE ARE CALLOUS AND COLD-HEARTED and could have put my other cat unnecessarily at risk by not calling.
