Helen is THE BEST! Her presence is a true blessing. She provided care for my Italian Nonna and was loved by us all. She made the entire process of Home health care a very warm, positive experience. I always called Helen "Kumbaya Helen" because she is just that; a balanced, caring human being that I would recommend without any reservations!

My aunt (Rita) was on hospice and moved suddenly into our home. I met with Helen and after discussing the situation, she grasped our needs and set us up with the perfect match. I was paired with a wonderful woman named Liz who proved to be more than just a highly skilled caregiver. The entire experience of moving my aunt in was new and frightening because there was so much my family and I wasn't prepared for. Each morning, despite of any new challenges, Liz arrived with the most positive and determined attitude. She was gentle with Rita and always went above and beyond her job title. Liz truly has a calling for this field as she not only tended to Rita as patient but provided emotional support during her bad days and even taught us how to better manage the situation. What I find most admirable about Liz is her resilience as she showed up each day with the best attitude without allowing home factors to affect her work. My family and I met many nurses and various caregivers and they cannot even be compared to the compassion and skill that this young woman inhibits. I'd go as far to say that this whole situation was bittersweet. Taking care of, let alone losing my aunt, was extremely difficult. But, sincerely, they made the experience much easier.

Helen is our blessing! We needed to find home care for our Aunt to help with daily care, cooking and cleaning. Having limited family resources to call upon, we needed someone local and flexible. Helen was able to assess her needs and get the right staff working with my Aunt. She keeps everything going smoothly which gives me peace of mind so I can focus on my work and life miles away. She provides updates and communicates with me which make every aspect of elder care easier.

Helen is a hero to our family! She is kind, compassionate, professional, extremely helpful and always takes the extra step to provide the best possible care. My mom truly enjoyed Helen's visits.
