I have worked as a contracted nurse for Green Lakes homes. With my nursing experience, I have had the liberty of working for different agencies but Green Lakes homes is one organization that stood out.

They emphasize the value and for client centered care and ensure that the staff uphold these standards. This is a wonderful place to work!I will recommend Green lakes to any body looking for a place for their loved ones. The owners are so humble , respectful, nice and non biased

Very nice people but lack managing skills. They will promise you things but will take weeks maybe even months to fix it. When I had worked there I had to text the manager many times to make sure there's food in the house.. aswell many fall hazards. For 4 months many coworkers including residents were complaining about the many fall hazards in the house and outside the house. After it was untreated for many months a resident had sadly fallen and three weeks after that they finally removed the falling hazard. The managing does not care if you report problems and will not fix it right away. There's this one coworker who leaves their clients soiled, mis treating their food by putting milk outside hiding it and many other dairy's aswell. Went through about 5 spoiled milks in a few weeks. 4 other people have complained and reported a certain coworker, after I personally had enough and wanted something done. They took me off the schedule and tried to make me switch to a different house with less hours after they promised me for over a year before I even started I would get more hours, and still has not responded after 3 weeks of myself trying to all the problem.. My advice, don't put your loved ones here because yes they are super sweet people but they won't give your loved ones what all they need and support.
