I went to visit my mom at Greatwood Her room was filthy, she had no clean clothes and no food. She had not had her room cleaned in 2 weeks and I looked in her dresser and she was out of underwear pajamas and tops. I walked down the hall for help....I was told to fill out a form....REALLY??? I have called everyday since and her room is not clean. I am just guessing but I bet this won't change anything either.
