My experience with this Vet started with unclear communication, however they seemed to know their stuff medical wise...so I proceeded with their recommendations and major surgery on my cat. They have a weird rule of leaving you out in the waiting room while they take your pet back to do all the tests examinations..in which I didn't like at all. Throughout the experience I dealt with Diana Olsen and also her husband Jory Olsen. My experience with Diana was more positive, she was clear in her communication and timely. Jory on the other hand will not return any phone calls. Perhaps the dropped communication is just a coincidence to the fact that the costly surgery and follow up visits have been paid for and the cheaper maintenance is all that is needed, but I think not. I am very displeased and feel scammed by them. I have since found another vet that has not only the knowledge, but much better communication skills.
