While they took decent care of my friend, at the end of the da atthey are theives . As the power
of attorney and t the executor of my friend's estate, I was the pne to pay all fees and sign
necessary contracts. My friend died after a month's stay which was on October 8, 2016, I am still waiting for the return of the $5000.00 security deposit. According to the contract said funds were due to be returned within one month of the patient's passing or discharge. As a retired RN I find this tactic not only thievery but a form of elder abuse. Frankly, I'm amazed they are still in business.
