I can't say enough about the tender, compassionate and dependable care my mom has been getting from Golden Age Caregivers. Elaine and Steve and their entire team have become extended family. The quality of their caregivers is exceedingly high. i had another agency "caring" for my mom who really was a C- and finally made a change for my mom to this A+ agency and her quality of life improved dramatically. However, on day 4 the very competent aide came to work and found my mom on the floor. Fast forward she was in an ambulance with her wonderful aide and Elaine right behind. Elaine gave me updates constantly and by the time my plane touched down her aide, Elaine and Steve were with her in her home with all the medical equipment that would be needed. I went from my mom having 4 hours of care daily to 24 hours of care daily. Everyone cared for her as if she were their mother. Every single aide i have encountered has been top notch. And the best news is that 6 weeks later my mom and her new best friend (her aide) flew to Boston to her granddaughters wedding. As much as i would like mom to be closer to me, she wants to remain in her own Florida home and i know she is in excellent hands with Golden Age Caregivers.
