In these challenging times of COVID-19, Gold Star has made sure that my relative is well taken care of. The management has kept the same nursing assistant and this has really put me at ease during these difficult times. I have used Gold Star to manage the care of my two dearest friends who live in different towns in Massachusetts and I have heard nothing but good reviews. I thank them so much for the good care that they have given to my loved ones.

I am very satisfied with Gold Star Home Care Services. They provide wonderful services to me with the amazing caregivers that they have. They pay attention to all of my needs and wishes so that I am given the best care possible. I love their flexibility, when I ask them to come at different hours that were not previously on my schedule the management is willing to work it out for me so that I can get the care I need. They are even willing to offer help during the holidays. Their 24/7 accessibility makes me feel safe.

There is nothing challenging like having a husband coming out of rehab and you don't know who to contact. Along came a friend who knew the owner of Gold Star Home Care Services and introduced him to me, he was such a lifesaver, I have never seen a man like him. This was all done on such a short notice but he showed up. His entire team was extra ordinary. The coordinator knew how to select the aides who were compatible to my husband and I loved the aides very much. My husband's breakfast was always on time, they were very hygienic and they kept my house very clean. The aides were very respectful they could run the house when I was away in Florida and at one point my husband needed to be hospitalized but I was in Florida. They quickly took him to hospital and there I learned that my husband was okay. I was so impressed by there services. I have recommended them to a number of friends who have never had any complaints only praises for their entire team and owner of the company. A number of my friends have kept on recommending Gold Star Home Care services to their friends. They made my life easier and I would highly recommend this Agency to anyone.

Terrible Terrible service. Owner does not pay employees on time.While the employees do an excellent Job, Goldstar is poorly run, terrible management the employees are underpaid sometimes takes weeks to receive their pay. Scam of a company. should change their name to 1 star home care. I would never recommend this places. caregivers please be ware!!!

Owner does not pay employees. Threatens them if they talk. Caused tension in my home where I have a very sick husband. Owner came into my home unannounced at dinnertime during a dinner party. Moved people into my house that were unfamiliar to my husband and took caregivers away that my husband was familiar with. One of his caregivers I caught in rooms she was not supposed to be in. I asked her to leave. Another caregivers went through my contact list
on my cell phone and contacted my 10 year old granddaughter. One of his employees was told she no longer would be needed at my home to take care of my husband and he was going to send her to another location too far from her home so she quit. He threatened her that if she came to work for me privately he would sue me in court and that he was watching my house to make sure she didn't come to my house. I had a wonderful experience with 3 employees he sent to my house. They were loving, caring and compassionate people. I had never met people like them. He overcharged me on several occasions and we had to sit down with him and he blamed his accountant for the overcharge. He is never to blame for anything. I would never use this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone.
