We are located just three blocks from the centerpiece of Fountain Hills’, one of the world’s tallest man-made fountains. Views of the fountain and the McDowell Mountains offer a beautiful backdrop for the residents of Fountain View Village. Fountain Hills has also earned a top accolade from the magazine, Business Week. In its February 2009 edition, the magazine named Fountain Hills the "Best Affordable Suburb" in all of Arizona. Fountain View Village has been ranked as one of the top ten retirement communities in Arizona for the past three years by Ranking Arizona Magazine. Recently our community underwent a 3.5 million dollar renovation.
In addition to being located in the hub of Fountain Hills, our senior living community is close to shopping, recreational options and fine restaurants. We also provide transportation to local theatres, and parks and encourage our residents to enjoy the many activities office in the Fountain Hills community. There are also several medical clinics including the world renowned Mayo Clinic within a five-mile radius of Fountain View Village.
