First Coast R and R is an accredited business and is the best choice for homemaker companion services! We are only licensed for homemaker companion services which allows us to offer a very competitive rate. We have no weekly minimums, but offer discounts depending on hours scheduled. Our goal is to enable seniors to age in place with dignity and grace.

Christine Y. , is a board certified geriatric specialist in physical therapy, a certified exercise expert for the aging adult, and has 25 years experience as a P.T. During her tenure as a home health physical therapist, she had countless clients whose desire was to remain in their homes while their loved ones questioned if that was the best choice. Christine saw that seniors and their families needed not only more choices in caregivers, but they also need an increased understanding of other services available that could afford them a longer stay in their own homes; therefore, Christine is passionate about being a steward for First Coast R and R clients and assists in finding additional in-home services (such as home health, doctors, mobile x-ray services, podiatry care, hair care, phlebotomists, hospice services, etc.) and is also able to make suggestions for other important services (specialists/MDs, elder law attorneys, hearing impaired phones, etc). Our caregivers truly are exceptional, but as they say "it takes a village".
