unreliable and cleanings not done very thoroughly. Dusting not done and floors were not vacuumed or mopped.

Hi Kathy! I'm very sorry that you had a bad experience. I'm a little puzzled though. We do not do scheduled residential house cleaning or maid service, and I'm wondering if maybe you have us confused with another company. We are a Disaster Restoration Company that specializes in Fire & Water Damage Restoration. We are not a maid service.
