I was very clear during my in home assessment about my monthly schedule and what was needed in the home. The caregiver was very nice, but within 2 months there were 4 instances. The field supervisor flat out told me that they are in Houston, they are short staffed and its hard to find someone for only two hours. This is unprofessional to come into a home and say they can provide what I need and then turn around and say its too much.
