My mother in law stayed at Dean's Care Villa for a few years. The homes are very clean, & failrly well run- HOWEVER- even though my mother in law's needs remained the same, we received a letter from them stating they were increasing her rent in THIRTY DAYS. Any rent changes need to be given at least 60 days notice. Because we could not afford the increase, we had to move her, which was very difficult for her. We will ALWAYS blame this facility for her decline. We had to remove her from everything familiar. SHAME ON DEAN'S CARE VILLA!
