The care for your child should be an extension of your home. I ask that you communicate your desired childcare needs and philosophy during the interview so there will be no misunderstanding of the care you expect for your child or children.

Judy took care of our son after we found her through another family. She took great care of him and provided support and guidance to our family. I wouldn't hesitate to place my child with her again. I always felt he was safe, happy and well-cared for. She has a great home and yard with lots of room for the children to play. She truly cares for children like they're her own.

Both of my children started with Miss Judy when they were 3 months old and we could not be happier with the wonderful care they received! Being working parents, we appreciated Miss Judy's collaboration and communication regarding their care and teaching. We were impressed at the initial interview when one of her former students came by to just say hello to her. Miss Judy is a wealth of knowledge and we love the in home, individualized family environment. It is fun to see the learning as the older ones prepare for Kindergarten and the younger ones pick up on it! It was important that my children could be at the same place together before they went to school. Caring, sharing, manners, compassion, thoughtfulness are just a few things taught, encouraged and demonstrated at Miss Judy's. I loved hearing about my children's adventures walking around the duck pond or going to the pumpkin patch with Miss Judy. I loved the little valentines and birthday cupcakes over the years. Miss Judy also taught us CPR (she is a certified instructor). We are truly blessed to have found her!

Judy demonstrates great care and compassion for the families she works with. If you are looking for a place your child can receive individualized attention and be loved like family - then Judy is the family childcare provider for your family. I have seen first hand how much she enjoys working with the families she serves. She doesn't mind special requests and she loves to encourage the children to learn and explore the world around them. She has cared for children beginning at a few weeks old through their transition to school - and they all remember "Miss Judy". With 30+ years of family childcare experience and being an active member of the Broomfield childcare community - Judy is not only great at what she does, but she gives back to her profession and enjoys teaching other childcare providers how to provide quality care.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to have both of our children staying with Judy since they were each 12 weeks old. They are just under 2 years apart, and the fact that they have been kept in a home as opposed to a center was invaluable for us: our children received one-on-one attention, know how to play well with each other and remain very close to each other now that they're both older. Judy has also helped to teach them very valuable, fundamental lessons which, due to our busy schedules, we would have missed the opportunity to teach them had it been solely up to us. She makes her home very welcoming to children, and she consistently has a variety of activities for the children to participate in. She is very careful about making sure each child has a voice so that they learn decision-making and social skills, and she has a preschool curriculum for the older children. We have been very lucky to have our children stay with her.

My daughter was with Judy from 3 months until she entered Kindergarten, and I couldn't have hoped for a more loving and caring environment for my child. Judy has many years of experience with children and their development, and it shows in way she calmly deals with all situations. She also understands the working parent's schedule and is very accommodating. My daughter is now 12, and she still asks to go visit "Miss Judy" which speaks for itself!

We have had our baby girl part time with Judy since she was 10 weeks old. Judy has done a great job caring for her, I have always been very comfortable leaving her knowing that Judy will provide conscientious and safe care. She has also been very flexible to accommodate my part-time schedule.
