CovenantCare at Home and Hospice offers 3 different service lines to meet all of your needs. We offer Home Health, Private Duty and Hospice Care. We can help you for a short period of time to regain function after an illness or hospitalization with nursing and therapy services under Home Health. We can offer companionship, medication set up and reminders, transportation help, daily care help under our Private Duty services. We can offer care and support to those facing a life limiting illness under our Hospice Care.
Whatever your needs, we can provide a continuum of care. We are a non-profit, faith based care agency that has at its core mission a philosophy of quality, compassion and treating all people as we would want our family members treated. Our staff includes nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, aides, chaplain's and social workers. We also have a wonderful group of volunteers who help us give care.
