Coastal Pet Sitting has been providing quality in-home care for your "other children" since 2005. Over the past few years I have carefully interviewed and selected several new associates to add to my team. This has allowed me to expand my territory and provide back-up care for your pets allowing my business to be one of the most reliable and flexible services on the seacoast. We offer free hour initial consultations where you will always meet with me and your personal pet care associate.

As the sole proprietor, I thought about what I would want from a pet sitter and how I would want to be treated. Each visit is at least a 1/2 hour which includes more than just a walk. Your pet is exercised, if need be with mile-long walks followed by playtime. For the older pets, distance is based on ability. Pet dishes are washed, music, lights, fans, and air conditioners are adjusted for your pet's comfort. For long term sitting, watering plants, bringing in the mail, and maintaining lights and heat are always included. We will also send text/email updates with pictures while you are away. I have also been known to have your coffee set for the morning, dishes washed, trash emptied, and floor swept/vacuumed. No two houses ever receive the same service. Each client is treated individually and services are performed accordingly.

Kim and her team are amazing. We have been using them for awhile now, most recently this weekend while we were on a 3 day ski trip. I got a call on the first day from Kim who started the call with "Its not an emergency" which is huge when your cat sitter is calling. She called to let me know that one of the cat's was having an issue, but he seemed ok and she would monitor him. The next day she texted and said everything was ok. Its really awesome that they are so professional and skilled.

I needed someone to come during the day to walk my 1yr old Siberian Husky- Alaska while I was at work. Coastal Pet Sitting was professional and convenient.
Before becoming a client with Coastal Pet Sitting, I met the owner, Kim, as well as two associates and immediately felt comfortable. The idea of letting someone you don't know in your home to take care of your pet (your baby) is nerve wrecking but upon meeting Kim and Ginny, I immediately knew this was the right choice. They answered all my questions and have always been easy to contact via phone or email.
One morning Alaska was stung by a bee and her face started to swell right before I needed to leave for work. I panicked because I was worried about leaving Alaska home alone all day. I called Kim and she helped ease my worries and scheduled the back up walker, Breann, to come twice that day. Breann sent me a picture of Alaska to show me she was better and that really put me at ease. I am a worrier and Ginny, texts me everyday to let me know how the walk was, what kind of mood Alaska was in and how well she did. They also leave report cards with details like arrival time, if the dog went to the bathroom and if she was given treats etc. I have been home a couple times when Ginny came and I could see how happy and excited Alaska was to see her.
Alaska is better when I walk her now and knows a couple new tricks. Alaska LOVES Ginny and I appreciate everything that Coastal Pet Sitting has done for me and my dog. I have recommended friends and will continue to do so.
